I recently began going to the gym and started taking adapalene for my acne. i know i need a haircut. what are my main weaknesses and what can i do. Im willing to do almost anything.

You need to de-bloat, stop waiting so much sodium start eating more potassium and protein drink water,
…. And get that pubic hair off your face it screams 12 year old in puberty.
If your under the age of 18 and above 15 you should think about HGH

So get rid of the facial hair. And when you say debloat, do I just consume less sodium and more potassium or is there more to it?

HGH is human growth hormone is basically will enter you into a state of supper puberty and your growth plates are open so you will gain a exstra few inches and get exstra muscle mass for free (talk to doctors they will always be hesitant but have those conversations but do it smart don’t act like a r****d), debloating means there is a significant amount of water pooling under your skin which hides natural bone definition you should learn all the things that cause this to happen and you should limit them
