I just bought some supplements and I plan to take them everyday in these quantities:

- Omega 3 (2 capsules of 1000mg)
- Multi vitamin (2 gummies)
- Potassium (3 capsules of 100mg)
- Magnesium (1 capsule of 300mg)
- Ashwagandha KSM 66 (1 capsule of 600mg)
- Collagen peptides (24g per serving)

In addition I also take 5g of creatine each day

Will that help me debloat?

It was the breaking of the straw together with many other crazy posts I’ve been seeing

Ik we live in a very physically judgemental world and for all Ik op might be actually unattractive but I’ve seen enough conventionally attractive ppl in this forum do the same or even crazier things

I just can’t see myself having motivation to research and take all this stuff I wonder what motivates ppl so much especially ones who already look good
