Does clavicle lengthening pushes the Point where the arm/shoulderjoint hangs further away from the ribcage?

Adding mass to your delts wont widen your Frame, Frame is all About the point where the arm hangs

It's extremely important to have Long clavicles and thus a gap between your shoulder angle and ribcage so that your shoulders look harmoniously adapted to your ribcage, the shoulder angle should be also straight set aka square shoulders

This guy here doesnt even has such a wide Frame, but he has very Long clavicles and straight square shoulders

Now take a look at the Young Larry scott, is ribcage isnt smaller than the one of the guy above, but his clavicles are far more narrow which makes his shoulders Looking sloped and compressed without a gap between his shoulderjoint and his ribcage

even after several Pounds of muscle, his Frame still Looks like shit, he basically Looks like a 14 year old with muscles

Its just osteotomy in the clavicles to lengthen them so your frame becomes wider
