Someone make a guide on how to get motivation to take a shower

You are "depressed" pretty much

Which means you just have to battle it out and make many feats of progress ( and failures ) for months on end to finally break the cycle with some radical change, like I did.

Exercise, diet, "dopamine detox"

etc.

Took me like a half a year. Quite hard to escape if you are predisposed to having this, modern soyciety worsens it all

If you need motivation you should take a shower and the constant fumes that surround you will disappear and you can smell things properly again
