no, most people look bad because they're boneless. I've seen fat people be attractive just because they have bones. Never seen a skinny person who's attractive without them.Does it work for looks?
I feel like I'm skinny fat. I'm only skin my legs and my chest area I have a fat stomach and arms though as well as my cheeks (I drink lots of water though)no, most people look bad because they're boneless. Fasting is great for you! I fast often, and its great for managing weight. There's many ways to do it, one meal a day (OMAD) is common for weight loss if that's what you're looking for, but not eating for 24 hours once a week is also great for your gut health. Once you get used to these times of not eating, you can even go up to 2-3 days no food for things like autophagy (cell regeneration) and ketosis which is great for your health and immune system.Does starvemaxxing work and what exactly does it mean? Holy estrogen, just eat high protein, calculate your tdee (just search up tdee calc and answer questions, put moderate activity) and eat 300 cals below your tdee or just use a cal tracking app like chronometer, make sure that you are working out and eating high protein, on chronometer, go to macro and energy targets and make the ratio of protein:carbs:fats to 25:45:30.
