Filler can also make you look bloated after migration, Filler = soft tissue, bone manipulation and implants are better for the underlying issue I think he just got filler right?

the fillers will migrate and he’ll look subhuman, if he had gotten implants for the zygos and jaw and chin and then filler for above the eyes it would have been spectacular
