Dehodorants are useless. Why, you might ask? Simple. There's NOTHING in your body, nothing that comes out of your body should stink.
The sweat itself has no odor. What makes it stinky is the bacteria on your skin that feeds on that sweat and produces odor-causing compounds.
Your skin has a microbiome and basically every microbiome is unique. It consists of a community of bacteria and fungi and if that microbiome is disbalanced, your bad odor producing bacteria prevails and you will stink.
Which bacteria prevails is determined by your health. So basically your diet, lifestyle, your stress, etc. So if you live like shit, you eat like shit, you will smell like shit.
Same thing with gasses, if your gas smells so bad it knocks people out, you're unhealthy. It's an obvious sign of improper digestion.
Using dehodorant will just mask the problem that is going on inside of your body. So if you must use dehodorant whilst you start fixing the issue, I recommend finding the most natural dehodorant you can find. As natural as possible in terms of ingredients. And whilst you do that, you need to focus on cleaning your diet and fixing your gut issues and you will be a in a natural healthy state and you will not stink.
I recommend apple cider vinegar if you're just going out and not going to do a lot of exercise. It has been a popular alternative for people that are dehodorant free as it kills the bacteria in your armpits and you won't smell.
