What I'm confused about is it says in the report that the suspect was "being belligerent with juveniles" and I heard someone else mention that they were "yelling at kids" before being confronted by the cop.

Perhaps some kids were making fun of em before the video began? Because they were complaining that "those kids are not supposed to be here" in the first few seconds
