Sup, lately I've seen a lot of posts again asking how to make money with $5, $10, $25 dollars etc or even with no money at all.

The internet and this forum is covered with methods but I guess some people still find it hard to find those methods or make a start so here are a couple suggestions.

As said these tips and methods can be find all over the place so it's more like a collection put in my own way of talking with some added experience I had with some of the things discussed.

Keep in mind the lower the budget the longer it will take to make money and that is what it will take anyway TIME.

You see I don't put a title like "easy $100 a day" and then put a afflink to a CPA network in my signature because IM is not easy! It get's easier with experience and money but it's still hard work.

Most people will fail because they procrastinate or give up too fast or even both, with no money or very little money there are no fast ways or get rich quick schemes!

CPA&AM

CPA and Affiliate marketing are IMO the easiest to begin with if you are new to IM.

With no money or very little money you won't make a killing but at least you can earn some money to buy a domain name and some hosting then rinse and repeat, scale etc.

What's the difference between CPA and AM?

Not much to be honest, you can see a CPA network as a collection of different AM offers packed together.

A couple advantages and disadvantages for both of them:

CPA Network

Advantages: You can find different products and you will be paid for all of them through the CPA network that usually pays faster than direct AM and it's easier for you to keep track of things.

Disadvantages: As they are the middle man logically they take a cut. Once you made some good money you can usually convince them to pay you a better percentage
;)

A couple CPA networks I work with:

For top offers I use MaxBounty, Peerfly and Crakrevenue(18+, gaming).

For content locking CPAgrip, adworkmedia, CPAbuild and OGads.

Now the first 3 I mentioned are a little harder to get into and MaxBounty even requires a phonecall so you really need to know what to say and that is basically convince them that you know how marketing works and how you will be promoting them which usually works better if you got your own domain and site but I talked my way into all of them when I had no XP and no sites so it's still possible
;)

The last 4 I mentioned are pretty easy to get into just use your brain a little bit.

Now there are literally hundreds of networks, you can go check out the offervault to find offers you like and see which network is connected to it.

Always look up a review when you join a new network that can save you a lot of headache down the line.

Direct Affiliate Marketing

Advantages: Usually easier to get accepted and higher payouts.

Disadvantages: The more products you promote the more you need to keep track of everything.

Direct AM can be for example promoting SemRush they pay 40% every month for every customer you bring them, kwfinder they pay 30% lifetime commission or other software tools or an AM program of a web hosting company. (note: the semrush and kwfinder links are not aff links but links to their aff program)

OFC the most known one is Amazon which I never promote because I think they are greedy AF with their 6% commission but if you can drive a lot of traffic it can be worth it I guess.

Most of the time if a website offers an affiliate program you can find it in the footer of their website or you just google the keyword with "affiliate program" behind it for example: Nike affiliate program or whatever.

Non Direct Affiliate Marketing

Advantages: Like CPA networks have a lot of different offers and even more diverse products, they are easy to register with and payouts go through their gateway.

Disadvantages: Can be hard to find quality products as a lot is pretty much crap.

Most common sites for non direct AM are clickbank and JVzoo both are very easy to register with only products on JVzoo are harder to promote as you need to convince the seller you have good methods to sell their products.

If you want to learn a bit more about promoting CB products you could read @mancar487 guide.

So to sum it up. Offers from CPA networks, direct AM and non direct AM you can promote for free or with a small amount of cash but it will require effort and time!

Next I will be talking a bit on where and how.

Free Domains/Sites/Hosting

As you don't have money for a domain and hosting you will have to come up with different tactics.

You can build free landing-pages and sites on Wix, Weebly and jimdo there are probably more but these are best known and come to my mind.

Keep in mind though, they will never convert as good as having your own domain and site because theirs are on their sub-domains and the free packages come with limitations but with double the effort and creativity you can make some money of it.

If you're more into blogging you can create a free web 2.0 with WordPress.com(.org is when you have your own hosting), blogger or Tumblr for visual blogging.

You can also get a free domain name with the following extensions .TK / .ML / .GA / .CF / .GQ at freenom.

I don't have experience with them so I took a quick look through their TOS so you don't have to. You can forward those domains however they can't be forwarded to any porn, gambling, weapon related offers so besides that it seems you can forward them to a legit offer.

Where there are free domains there are also free hosters. I would never advice to use free hosting as they all got their issues in one way or another. If you have never worked with WP, Cpanel, PHP etc it could serve it's purpose of getting some experience but I wouldn't use them for business.

One of the most used is 000webhost I linked it to a review page about them so you can judge for yourself what you want to do with them.

Again, free domains and hosting will never be as good to having your own domain and hosting but with a little bit of creativity you can earn some small money from it.

Free Methods

So the obvious free methods is creating social media profiles and start growing them.

I don't know how many profiles you can make on your home IP without trouble but I have at least 5-6 profiles of each on my home IP.

Facebook:

You can start a fan page, group and post in groups relatively easy where most beginners go wrong is spamming the shit out of it.

Facebook doesn't allow paid shortlinks anymore like adfly however they still accept non paid shortlinks like goo.gl and bitly but it comes with restrictions.

Direct AM links are usually the website name and after the / your ID for example:
Code:
www.blackhatworld.com/id=billybatts
These usually work with bitly and goo.gl and I tested them on several social platforms and they work.

However CPA links are usually long and ugly like this:
Code:
They are either blocked by bitly/goo.gl or the SM platform and most likely by both.

So what is the free solution if you want to promote a CPA offer?

You redirect them to your blog/landing-page and from there you can send them to a CPA offer.

Now don't go spamming all over the place because people will report your ass real fast which will result in 30 day bans and in some cases permabans.

Play it smart!

You make a catchy niche related Facebook fan page, make a nice profile photo logo, a nice banner and configure the settings. I won't go over that in this thread but I might do it later on but it isn't that hard to figure out.

Either start posting your own niche articles from your blog or post stuff from the internet, post short posts directly, memes, YouTube vids etc.

A simple example: one of MB offers is the South Beach Diet, this is the website to get some inspiration.

So make a fan-page named "South Beach Diet Review" or "The Diet Professionals" or whatever that is related to it.

Post some beautiful bodies, some before/after photo's, articles and somewhere along the line you direct it to one of your landers or blog articles where you basically tell them how awesome the product is and then direct it to the offer.

Now join niche related groups and visit niche related pages just like some stuff, do some casual replies but whatever you do don't start spamming.

Now if you are on a desktop you can embed your posts with example by pressing the 3 horizontal dots of your post, select embed, then advanced settings and copy the URL post.

On your mobile you can direct copy the link but you will have to add your own text and photo.

Don't mention any offers, just post something like "these before and after results are awesome"and link it to your page or something like that.

You could also share the post of your fanpage on your own page and then post that directly in any group you are part off but don't do it too often as group owners usually don't like it.

Don't copy paste that everywhere because you will get banned, diversify, be creative.

Instagram:

Instagram is straight forward. Create IG with a niche related name, start posting niche related photo's with each photo you post 2-3 words that describes the photo or says a quote then place 20-30 related #hastags with it and start following people.

Don't know who to follow? Let's keep using the South Beach Diet offer as example so you look up personal trainers like Shaun T, Tony Horton, Jillian Michaels etc they all have many followers and you go follow their followers.

If your profile, photo's are interesting they will follow back. Don't add any link to your blog or your free domain that directs to your offer directly.

First have a couple thousand followers and build some trust.

Now I'm not going into any deeper details about IG, use your brain and creativity, check successful accounts and copy their methods.

If you want a really detailed guide about IG you can check out @IGKing eBook which goes into detail how you can grow your account.

YouTube:

Now this is a favorite of mine, I haven't worked a lot with YouTube but I know it works very well if you know what you are doing.

Same as with FB, you can short-link direct AM but CPA will get blocked so you will have to redirect those too.

You can create your own review videos in English or for your own language whatever suits the offer.

To help you create the right titles and video tags you can use the free version chrome plugin named VidIQ, don't like chrome? NP, there is another plugin which has a free version that also works on Firefox named TubeBuddy.

Both can be cracked and ironically you can find how on YouTube.
:D

If you need inspiration just look up a successful competitor and see how they did it and copy their style with your own touch.

Now maybe you don't like being on videos and you have no camera to film with, you can use Creative Commons videos.

It used to be possible to straight upload them to your channel and edit them but as usual YT had the bright Idea to remove that option.

How it is set up now, if you find a CC video officially you should message the owner and hope they ever reply and then ask if they still got the video so they can share it with you
o_O

So f**k that! Find a Creative Commons video by selecting the Creative Common option in the filter after you searched what you were looking for.

Choose a video that will suit your project and download it with a Firefox/Chrome plugin and start editing it to your liking.

Now pretty much every expensive video editing software can be found for free on the internet if you look hard enough but here are a 2 free and simple choices, Videopad, VSDC.

Pinterest:

I know there is money to be made there but still haven't played with it because I don't like the platform at all so I can't tell you much about it but @William702 made a thread on how to earn start up money so check it out and it might help you.

Twitter:

Basically the same rules count for twitter as for FB and IG. Make your profile, profile photo, cover photo pro and stand out.

Follow the followers of big accounts in your niche, retweet niche related stuff, retweet your IG photos, FB posts, your blog posts and once you got a couple thousand followers and build some trust put in articles with AM short-links or redirect from twitter to your landing page or blog.

Quora:

This can be a good way to generate traffic and leads but again, don't spam it, play it smart.

Basically in marketing and all social media profiles it needs to look professional, that people see it, read it and think, this page/person is legit.

On Quora it's important you have a good representative photo, a well written bio and good credentials.

It doesn't have to be a photo of yourself just a representative looking one and the credentials don't have to be real either just make them believable.

Now you are going to look for questions related to the offer so if we are still using the South Beach Diet you going to find diet related questions that aren't answered a lot already and preferably not answered at all.

You give a descent constructed answer with a link to your landing page/blog, direct AM link work also, rinse and repeat but don't spam and constant use the same answer, spin it a bit
;)

Blog Replies/Forum:

Another oldie but free and will only cost you time is replying on niche related blogs and forums.

There are many blogs on the internet where you can leave a reply. There are paid tools to find them easily but the free way you just go to google and type the kw+blog+leave a comment or leave a reply for example
Code:
diet blog leave a comment
Like everything else, don't make it obvious! Give a genuine reply like: "I really enjoyed your post, especially the part about [whatever is in the post] it reminds me of the post I read on [your blog, landing page etc]. Something like it, be creative with it
;)

For forums you look up niche related forums preferably ones that allow a signature, don't add a banner or link straight away if you haven't post anything yet because it would be too obvious. Just reply a bit here and there and when you have been there for a while fill in your bio.

So if you are a member of a fitness forum fill in your bio that you are a fitness instructor, nutrition adviser, diet blogger whatever and as with everything else, make it look legit. Usually you can fill in a website with your bio so put a bitly link or a link to your blog/landing page.

When you are familiar with that forum a bit and they allow signatures create some 728x90 banner and link it to your direct AM offer or to your blog/landing-page.

Usually linking a banner goes like this
Code:

Now For Some Unethical Methods:

Not going into too much details but a couple methods that are free but can be unethical for some.

Porn Re-Upload:

Now I know many have tried this and many have an interest in this.

I did this for a little while in the beginning so I can tell you something about it.

Again, it's almost completely free, you will need a domain name to redirect it to an afflink. The free domain names don't allow it so you need to buy a $0.48/$0.88 domain name.

I guess you can do it completely free if you use a bit of the e-whoring tactic and that is setting up a profile and PM people and post the afflink but you will get banned fast.

What you will be doing is downloading porn videos that don't have any watermarking in it yet, preferably webcam videos or amateur/home-made.

So what you do is search for a nice offer with crakrevenue or you use chaturbate aff program but IMO chaturbate don't convert well anymore for the reason that so many people already doing it plus on chaturbate you can pretty much see it all for free.

Once you got the above done you are going to redirect your domain to the offer and watermark your domain in the porn videos and upload them to porn sites. I'm not going to post which sites allow it but the easiest one and most used is Xvideos.

Keep in mind though, this is a heavily saturated method and don't think you will earn big with a few videos or even after 50 videos. You will need at least hundreds of videos and probably thousands to have a good ROI (return of investment either for the time or money spend)

Of course there are a couple tweaks and things you can do to make it work better but I will leave it up to you to find out what works best.

Surveys:

I think I saw a thread with a title like "easy $100 a day" with surveys somewhere.

Now for me, if I see easy in the title I'm already suspicious because it's never easy and then when I see a afflink in the signature to sign up on a CPA network I already know it's BS.

Anyway, surveys. Surveys are a CPA offer and basically it means if you can send someone to sign up with a survey offer you get $1/$2 per signup. You can make a little beer money with this but constant $100 a day..unless you have a very good email list, forget about it.

Like the porn re-upload method, this is very saturated and you will see these kind of offers in every marketing FB group that don't have moderation.

You could tweak this method a bit as I did but it's a little unethical.

Now most of the survey offers run in multiple GEO's so I would look for a survey offer that also runs in your country.

What you are going to do is create a job ad on your local classified sites or job sites, now of course you are not going to place an ad that mentions the survey but you create a genuine ad that looks like a real job ad for sales assistant or whatever and that it pays $2000 a month.

When people email you either reply with that there are too many people applying and meanwhile they can take a look at this offer(html link to the CPA offer) or whatever sounds believable, try some things out and see what works best.

Reddit/LinkedIn:

I don't have much experience with Reddit or LinkedIn, I tried to find a good Reddit thread on BHW but couldn't find none so did a quick google search and I found this thread from @gh0st_0 that holds some good info.

I also don't have much knowledge about LinkedIn but after some searching on BHW I found thisthread from @marsocal that at the bottom has some great value.

Now I could continue with dozens of things but this is pretty much the basics and very doable if you don't have money as it is all free.

If you got any skills like webdesign, logo design or maybe you are good in translating English to your language or vice versa, play the guitar, can make jewelry whatever skill you can think off if you are good at it you can make money on these 3 platforms:

Fiverr, Udemy and Etsy.

Of course you will have mass competition but hey it's never easy
:)
basic marketing skills apply:

Make your profile top notch, good text, good photos and always reply ASAP.

Some ideas what to do with certain amounts of money besides the above.

$5

Well, I've seen somebody asking what to do with $5 dollars and TBH you can't do a whole lot with that.

I know namecheap has $0.88 domain names but there seems some kind of sale going on and now they got $0.48 domains so you could buy 10 domains and forward them
:D

IMO you should put the $5 in your piggy-bank till you can pay for hosting and a .com/.net/.org name.

Or if you going to make a churn and burn site meaning you won't be expecting it to be live for long due to BH methods you can go with any cheap domain.

Does that mean you can't make money with $5 at all? No! I actually made a little change with 5 money and a Wix lander through Facebook in the beginning.

I did what I described in the free methods and when I got a good offer I made a ad looking post on my page and boosted it with $5 and this was the result incl the posts I had on my page and groups.

Not that much but seeing it only cost $5 the ROI was 10 times
:)

Which reminds me, always check out this FB tool very handy to research demographics.

$10

Now you can get a $1 .com from godaddy if you hadn't already and get some cheap hosting for a year from the BHW marketplace.

Some are so cheap that I don't know what to think of it and I can't say anything about em also so you would have to try them out yourself.

I rather pay a little more and have good 24/7 support, own the hardware and owners that actually finished school in IT like my buddy @HudsonWebServices and yes that means you should check out his sales thread
;)

Now that you have a domain name and hosting it's time to install WP, not going into detail about how to do that as YT is full with tutorials about it.

There are plenty of free themes and plugins and what you want to do is setup a niche site and basically do everything I described in this thread.

You could also try out some premium themes and plugins from @Festinger 's repository here.

They are not nulled otherwise I would't have linked it, I don't know if they will be updated but they come in handy when you are broke.

I advice when you got some money to always buy the themes and plugins so you will always have the updates.

I know it's very tempting when you are broke to use nulled themes and plugins but if you are serious about your site just DON'T do it!!

The chances it has malicious code in the script is too big and believe me, you don't want that drama!

$25

It's still very little money but after you got your domain and hosting you got some spare change left which you can use for different things.

You can play around and test some things I described for FB, you can buy some back links to your site although I recommend you do this yourself in the beginning or you can manipulate SM through SMM panels you can find in the BHW MP.

For example you can make a fake game hack video on YouTube, buy some views and like and redirect the traffic to your site/fake lander.

Not going into detail how to do it exactly but you can read a bit about it in @ZlatanTheGod thread.

It's also heavily saturated and you probably won't make as much as ZTG did unless you scale it but again it can give you some start up money.

I also did this but I didn't follow the guide exactly and made a fake key hack for Destiny 2 two weeks before they released the game so I had massive competition but it still made me some bucks that month.

This concludes my thread for beginners for now.

There are literally tons of other methods around but I hope this will give you newbies at least some ideas or insights on what you can start doing right away.

All these methods work!! But a lot of people can't make them work because they give up too fast and yes are too lazy!

I can't stress enough to make it clear IM is not easy when you start out and have little or no money to spend, it will require a lot of patience, perseverance and consistency!

That will mean that even when it seems something is not working you need to continue! Even when you failed 10 times you need to continue!

But if you keep procrastinating, keep making excuses like "I don't have money, I don't have time, I will probably fail, Nobody helps me, I don't know what to do" you will never make it!!

You don't have to succeed straight from the beginning!

Many of us and many of those selfmade marketing millionairess failed tons of times but OFC they only talk about their successes but they have failed many times too
;)
the difference is that they didn't give up and so shouldn't you!

Don't let fails bring you down, see it as marketing lessons and added experience you didn't had before and learn from it and improve!

Keep this in mind:

Now I understand many people live in shittier places on this planet than some others but don't let that be an excuse, where there is a will there is a way.

At some point in my life I slept outside when it was f*****g freezing -15C/-5F and nobody giving a shit.

I had nothing but the clothes on my back, a backpack, a sleeping bag and a tarp.

But you can imagine how depressing it is when you have to sleep outside in the middle of the f*****g winter with no-one to care about you so I don't care how bad your situation is, you can overcome!

I'm not one of those guys that state "if I can do it so can you" while they lived their life normally but I know the shit life and if I can make a little bit of money so could you!

If you give in you have let the world, the government, the elites, the system win and I don't care if I die rich or poor but I will never let those motherfuckers win! And you shouldn't either!!

This video has been posted many times all over the place but I still listen to it every now and then because it's the truth that you need to keep reminding yourself!

A couple extra links

I hope some of you beginners/newbies now know a bit of how some aspects of marketing works and that it motivates you to take action!

Since I've been here I've read many fail stories, have spoken to many of them and trying to help or give tips, wanted&unwanted (can't help it I'm a critic by nature) publicly and privately.

I often get PM's for Skype requests to help guys out but I really don't have time for that, BHW is cutting already enough in my time schedule as it is so I'm just going to post some tips that I would have given otherwise.

When I spoke with people that failed and read the fail stories they all have a lot of similarities so I will dig into that a bit.

Now I'm not an expert like some on the forum so this will be mainly for beginners.

Dropshipping is not my main focus at the moment but I got 2 shops online that are completely finished.

I only did a couple of test promotion methods but they are in passive mode and still they make some sales because I came prepared plus many principles are the same for niche websites which I am currently working on.

What will I be talking about:

  1. Basic things you need to know before you start or you' ll fail
  2. How to pick a niche
  3. Your website, domain name, hosting
  4. Platform to use your webshop with
  5. Theme layout and setup
  6. Other things you need to set up
  7. Dropship sources and their pro's and cons
  8. Promoting your shop and products.
  9. MISC advice & Some motivational crap
Alrighty let's begin.

1.Things you need to know before you start or you most likely will fail
Now what I've observed is that many start with no real plan at all. They read some success stories and keep in mind some of them are marketeers to sell their product and then it hits you..! The Infamous false hype feeling.

You read those success stories, see screenshots of big amounts of money, nice lifestyle and how successful their store is. A lot of people including myself in the beginning get all pumped up!

It's a psychological thing, remember when you were a kid and you went to see a TMNT movie or you saw a Bruce Lee or some kind of action movie you got all hyped up, feeling like you can do this too to find out it was harder to do than it looked.

This is the same false hype feeling but the adult version, it looks simple, register a domain, add a website and some items, make a FB ad and that's it, thinking that you will make sales and earn big bucks from the start and find out it wasn't as easy as you thought. Several people even literally told me this.

But sure, it's easy to start but it's hard to make it work because if it weren't everyone would be doing it and banking hard but even though some succeeded from the start most won't and fail.

So how can you make sure you at least have a good start and decrease your chances to fail?

First off make a plan, don't get all impulsive and jump straight into it, you will be just another statistic. Research your niche! (more about it in 2.)

Have a budget!

Sure you can set it up with low costs but you will need a budget! I often get the question " how much budget?" There isn't a static number for this but IMO you need at least about $500,-.

Can it be done with less? Sure but it will be a LOT harder and again, the people that have succeeded with almost no startup money are very very very rare! It's just like a physical shop if you open a physical shop you start this without any budget or any planning? Same deal.

IDC what anyone says if you are new you simply need money!

For example, did you know that PayPal can and most likely will freeze your funds depending if you can provide good tracking for up to 21 days for the first 180 days?

If this happens to you, how are you going to pay for the item your customer bought on your website when your funds are pending? Wait till funds are cleared? The customer will have to wait forever and you will have a bad reputation fast and once you got a bad REP on the internet it's hard to get rid off.

So for that you need some money saved up or have a valid credit card to deal with that situation.

When you really serious about dropshipping consider that you will need to register a business because many payment gateways will ask for a VAT number otherwise they don't lift the restrictions from your account which can hurt your business. Even when I was testing a BTC gateway they asked for a VAT number

So these are just some basic things you need to keep in mind, don't act hasty or impulsively or you're likely to fail.

2.How to pick a niche
A question I see and get asked on a regular basis "How do I pick a niche?" or I read sentences like "I want to dropship but I don't know a niche".

Let me put aside my thoughts why someone would even want to start a dropship adventure if you can't even come up with a niche
:D
but most people are really overthinking it.

Now, I rarely talk about my niches because I like to keep those things very private and before someone(anyone) asks, No I will not link you my website as it is currently in standby mode but one of my niches is computer hard&software.

Now almost all my businesses are international but this webshop I run in my own country through a local dropshipper. So why did I choose this niche?

I choose this niche because it is something that I have knowledge about and enjoy. I've been around since the first commercial PC's and for years I have been building my own systems and every now and then as a side hustle been building systems for clients. My other niche is also something I enjoy and have knowledge of.

So think of something you know and/or enjoy and see if you can turn that knowledge and enjoyment into a webshop.

Still got no clue? Go check out sites that are flipping websites and see which kind of websites were sold for a nice price and see what the niche was. You might turn that niche into a webshop for yourself or get inspired by it.

Also follow trends on google trends or buzzsumo etc, for example take the fidget cube and spinner, people that were on that straight from the get go have been and some still banking hard.

Go check some crowdfunding websites to see what's going on.

Of course if you got a niche do a bit of research about it, not going into detail on how to do that, google it but check out your competition and your keywords.

If you STILL
don't have a clue which niche you need to pick you might consider something else than dropshipping.

3.Your website, domain name, hosting
Ok then, so you got a niche you want to go with, you set a plan, did some preparations now it's time for the most important thing, your webshop!

This is something I know a bit about as I sometimes have been freelancing as a webdesigner for a couple years to hustle a bit of cash when needed.

Your website is the MOST important part of your business, humans are a visual orientated race so if your website sucks, you suck and so will your business. It is vital in most cases that you standout from others and yet I constantly see the same mistakes!

For example take shopify, most beginners use the free templates, OK, I can understand that this is your first impuls to do and it doesn't have to be a bad thing per se if you tweak it a bit with plugins and custom CSS but to my surprise most use the default layout and then even worse they take one of those dumb premade shopify logo's.. They SUCK and have been used over and over and over and over again!

The worst beginners don't even host their domain name on separate hosting but use the shopify hosting so you get a link like thiswebsitesucks.myshopify.com..

OK let's recap what has been said and look at it through the eyes of a potential customer.

What do you think when they look at your webshop that has a shit URL like that, a dumb stupid logo, a basic layout they have seen often and a footer that says powered by Shopify?

Believe me, it's not good! Maybe your customer already has some bad experiences with other dropshippers that have the same setup as you with just another name and niche, people automatically link that bad memory with your website, bye bye customer
o_O

What I am trying to say, Be original! Be creative! Be Different! Be innovative and think outside the box!

If you are not willing to put in the time, the work, the effort it will show and you will lose potential customers because why should they buy from someone who isn't fully committed?

Now here comes a part of your budget into play.

Host your own domain name and website if you use woo and redirect your domain if you use shopify. Take a name that is catchy or niche related or a combination of both, try always to take the .com extension, the new ones are cool but people still are most familiar with .com and it is still the top authorit of course if you run your webshop locally take the extension that is most popular in your country of residence.

Don't (I made this mistake also in the beginning) use a - AKA hyphen in your domain name. For example if billybatts.com is taken don't turn it into billy-batts.com. First off it doesn't roll nicely of the tongue plus they might go to the wrong website. Be original.

If you have a keyword and need inspiration to put something in front of it or behind go check out sites like:
http://www.leandomainsearch.com/
http://www.namemesh.com/

The logo. Don't pick some shitty premade logo man, they just suck! You need something that has your style or fits your niche originally. I don't recommend the cheap fiverr logo gigs, those are usually existing logos or also premade logos with a little tweak. I usually do everything myself but I outsourced my logos right here on BHW.

There are some really nice deals and creative people on BHW and you contribute to keeping the forum active.

Normally I tag the guy who made my logoss and even thought they were bad-ass as I even got compliments from competitors I won't this time because you (yeah you logo boy) never like my posts when I promote you so suck it!

The website theme. In contrast to the logo you could make an free existing theme work if you just tweak it a little bit and do a bit of custom CSS. If you have no clue how to do that, outsource it
;)

To check out what BHW has to offer take a look over here for graphic design like logos:

And for webdesign you can take a look over here:

It might feel like it all cost a lot in the beginning but it's an investment in the future man, YOUR future!

If you want to build a house but never done it before, would you rather save till you got the money and outsource it to pro's so your house is build the right way and will survive bad times or would you think like, I can do it all myself over time? Yeah if you choose option 2 it might feel like in the beginning that you are saving money but in the long run you will lose money, storms come, destroying what you build up from the ground so you can start over again. Be smart!

A little bit about hosting, I'm not going into too much details of which hosting you should choose, shared or VPS but always research the company, find reviews, ask questions before going with one of them.

4.Platform to use your webshop with
There are many platforms you can use for your webshop, woocommerce, shopify, magento, open cart etc.

Magento is the most popular but mostly used by commercial companies so I will be talking about the 2 most popular among marketeers and that is shopify and woocommerce.

I've used both and currently I am running my shops on woocommerce but they got both positive and negative things.

Let's start with shopify, what I absolutely hate about them is that everything is based on monthly subscriptions, if you need some plugin it often comes with a subscription and costs can go up real fast.

As I'm a marketeer that does many different things within the IM spectrum I already have enough subscriptions as it is. Sure, many things start free but they are always very limited so if you want to upscale you need to pay.

Also when it comes to design they are limited, they don't have a lot of themes and I wanted to type that their paid themes are very expensive because last time I checked they were around $100 but I just took a look and they are now $140-$180.. Holy shit!

I understand why as shopify keeps growing in popularity but DAYUM!!

So yeah, prices can go up very fast within shopify so are there any positive things I can say about them?

Of course, from my own personal experience they got a very good customer service through chat, email and phone 24/7. You can pretty much ask all kind of things and they really try their best to solve your problem.

If I forget the financial part for a moment shopify is very noob friendly besides their excellent customer support they got many resources, tools, videos, podcasts, blogs, guides and a forum to help out.

So if you got the cash to invest but don't have much knowledge about CMS, CSS, HTML you should go for shopify.

Then you got woocommerce which I'm currently using which is a free wordpress plugin. As it's open source it doesn't have excellent customer support like shopify. They do got a ticket system but that only works if you subscribed to wordpress.com which is a paid service unlike wordpress.org which is free and open source.

On the other hand it has a big community so plenty of info to be found on the Internet.

Woocommerce has a more steep learning curve but it's free, works with a LOT more themes, is more customizable and works with a lot of free plugins and paid plugins are usually OTO.

Go with woocommerce if you got the time and dedication to DIY and want more customization options and freedom to build your shop or if you're already familiar with WP and HTML/CSS, once you know how it all works it's very easy but it takes time to learn
;)

5. Theme layout and setup
OK, now that you got all that done and made your choices you make sure your website is clear and easy to navigate for your customers.

That means for example that you have a navigation that makes sense! Let's say you are selling clothes, I need a navigation where I can actually click what I am looking for so if I am looking for men's shoes there should be a option that I can select men's shoes.

Now some may laugh because it's the logical thing to do but you have no idea how many people have just one button named shop, inventory etc and when you click it you will be dropped on a page that has different categories all cramped together. That is a shit example for a navigation and you WILL lose customers because of some stupid little thing like that.

Also stick with your niche and sub-niches, it makes no sense if you are selling fashion clothes and fill the website also with hunting knifes because you think it's cool. Another funny example but I've seen it!

A clear and accessible layout is very important as are the terms of your shop. So customers need to have easy access to the refund policy, delivery info, payment options, contact info, about info, FAQ, TOS and the privacy policy.

Always offer free shipping as most items you can dropship are free shipping but if for some reason it's not just include it in the price
;)
customers will still think it's free shipping, don't feel guilty, every company is doing this.

Also don't start with just 5 items or some dumb shit like that, that only works if you are one of the first that has access to a viral product like the fidget cube but if you run a niche webshop make sure you got enough niche items for them to choose from and also make sure that some of the items look like they are on a special discount so you got a higher chance of an up-sale.

If you only have a few items, shitty layout etc customers will assume this website is either broken, bullshit or work in progress.

I also read that a lot of people are struggling with empty carts, shopify and woocommerce both have plugins that can help you with that.

I won't discuss in detail how to set those up because that info is easily found but just google for " abandoned cart plugin".

What these plugins do is send your customers & logged-in customers an email reminding them about their abandoned orders. It is proven that it helps with conversion.

Also always provide excellent customer service, if they want to refund something for which reason whatsoever, don't argue with them just take your losses it will contribute to a good reputation.

If your website is in English and English is not your native tongue, you better make sure that the grammar is near to perfect. People outside English countries may not be too bothered with bad grammar but people from countries where English is the native language will judge your shop for it which means less $moolah$ for you!

Outsource it, it's cheap!

6. Other things you need to set up
Your website is absolutely the most important thing you need to finish first before hooking up other platforms to your website.

Once you done that you start building social media accounts, for all my projects I set these as default.
  • facebook fanpage
  • twitter
  • instagram
  • youtube
  • pinterest
  • google+
  • linkedin
  • tumblr
Of course there are many other places where you can setup a profile but these are my defaults and most important for me.

I use the same principals for them as for my websites so if you can place a logo, a banner, a photo or a layout, do it! I will always make sure they look bad-ass and I always make sure they are linked to the website.

Depending which ones of those generate the most traffic you WILL need to keep them up to date, it doesn't have to be a lot but make sure that you post something every day even if no one is visiting you yet or leaving comments, likes etc. Why? It shows people you're active and dedicated and if you're a little bit more advanced you can automate a lot of that.

If someone replies to any of your social media posts be interactive and kind with them, again, this will contribute to a good reputation.

Naturally on your website you got all the icons that link to your social media accounts.

7.Dropship sources and their pro's and cons
There are many sources but let's discuss the ones people here and beginners use the most.

Amazon and AE(aliexpress)

What I like about Amazon is that they got quality stuff, they provide good tracking, customer support, fast delivery, easy refund policy and most of the time free delivery but profit marges are a LOT smaller. The reason is obvious, customers will find out that it came from Amazon. Now Amazon items can switch prices a lot so you can hustle a couple dollar per item but if you overcharge big they will see it as a scam and you lose customers.

Make sure in your TOS it states you are using Amazon to fulfill your orders.

Aliexpress, they are used by most for dropshipping and many people are banking hard of them.(even more people are failing too) AE is part of Alibaba and they sell about 15 billion items a year that is almost triple of the items that Amazon sells so people are obviously interested.

AE is cheap! So profit marges are a lot higher! What I don't like is that delivery can take long, certain niches have absolute shit quality and you always have to check every detail because the Chinese are masters in photo manipulation, always check the dimensions and weight. When it comes to refunding, results may vary. You got AE sellers that will always reply fast and you got those that are hard too reach and don't even speak English.

You probably will always get your money back sooner or later but to me it isn't worth the hustle so unless it involves a big amount of money I can't be bothered and take my losses.

If there is a option to send through a Epacket, take it, they are faster and provide better tracking which helps with PP.

Always put something in your TOS or on the website that your warehouses/factories are spread through out the world or something like that so they won't be wondering why delivery can take so long.

You can also dropship through 1688.com but I wouldn't advice that for beginners plus you will need a Chinese agent so I won't go into detail but it's fun to see what items really cost.

There are many agents so it's up to you to research which ones work for you but to give an example of what an agent is and the one I used a couple times, here you go.

http://www.yoybuy.com/en/

8. Promoting your shop and products.
Now there are so many ways to do this that I am surprised that people are even struggling with this.

I will give a couple suggestions, of course I will not tell you my best tricks but I got the ideas how to tweak traffic from topics like this so you will need to experiment
;)

Obviously use all your social media accounts.

A lot of people do FB ads which is very good indeed but don't do this without knowledge and research first. I've seen so many newbies pumping hundreds of dollars into FB ads with zero success and instead of taking a time out and assess the situation they focus too much on at least earning back their money.

So they make another ad with some stupid offer but because they didn't complete the whole process of perfecting the website and social media they lose even more money..Money they could have invested in awesome logo's, plugins, themes, whatever.

On the upside, this way you at least build some experience even though a very costly lesson.

So if this happens to you, stop your campaign and assess the situation and wonder what you did wrong, maybe come here and read this shit and otherwise, if you like spending money and getting nothing for it in return, send it to me!

Back to FB. Simple and easy, joining FB groups that are related to your niche is still a nice way of generating traffic, you just need to be subtle about it. So in the beginning just like some posts, post some smalltalk replies and every now and then drop a link to your fan page or some special offer on your website.

If you are not sure if it's allowed ask the group owner, sometimes if they don't comply bribe em with something
:D
has worked for me several times. (that and the promise I will kill his family if he don't comply)JK

So what are more ways of traffic? PPC like bing ads to attract people to your website by promoting your best selling product or a product that you think after some research will sell very good but again, don't do this without learning about it first.

Next method seems a bit unconventional but it does work, share a Ebook about your niche that refers to your website. You can write your own, outsource it or take a PLR one and modify it.

For example, as you could read one of my niches is computer hard&software, so I made a couple Ebooks about the history of the PC, the history of the MAC, Apple, Microsoft and some Ebooks about how to build your own computer.

All with some catchy titles and text and plenty of referrals to my website or a text on the bottom of every page that states something like, " This Ebook is provided by www.mykickassshop.com" then I upload them to many sharing websites and forget about it.

It doesn't have to be a big Ebook even a couple pages work if the content is good and even with shitty content people will check out that Ebook anyway.

Now I am not going to explain how you write catchy titles and I'm not going to provide you all the sharing websites, all the info you can find through google but I will give you a example website to get the idea.

http://pdfsr.com/

Don't be spamming those sites because they will ban you and remove your documents and your website might get a bad REP.

Another old way but still works great is forums. Now in my case it was pretty easy as in my country I am a member of the biggest computer forum since 2005 so of course I got a nice little banner in my signature and I am allowed to refer answers to my website if it's appropriated.

Join several forums that has something to do with your niche, post a link in your bio if possible in your signature or you could even have a subtle profile photo which refers to your website and post and reply on several messages a day, doesn't have to take up much time but all traffic sources help.

You could also try to make a deal with a top poster and pay him to have your banner for 30 days in his signature or something like that, shout outs on social media etc etc find your own way or use old ways and tweak them
:)

Of course there a so many more methods but you will have to figure those out for yourself
;)

9.MISC advice & Some motivational crap
Finally I arrived at nr 9, damn, I don't think I ever wrote something this long on a forum and if you know what ADD is it has taken me forever
:D

4,552 words 24,568 characters so far..

I hope at least 1 person found this beneficial to their journey, I'm sure I forgot stuff I wanted to type but didn't (I blame ADD/HSP) shit happens.
:D

As you can see, dropshipping isn't as easy as just setting up shop, import items and $$$ ching ching. It's actually hard work in the beginning like any other business that's why so many people fail at it because they underestimated it it big time. (like most things in IM)

Main KW's are dedication, perseverance and patience. If you can survive all this at the start and stick with it it will only get easier from there on but most never make it to that point.

Now after you read this long ass post and think " f**k this shit imma gonna spend me some more cash in ads instead of a proper setup be my guest
:)

But keep this in mind, what would you rather do? Waste money in ads and BS with zero ROI or invest your money in the beginning in proper tools, setups, logos etc etc so you will have a higher chance to succeed?

I know a few guys who are totally committed to dropshipping and they have cashed anywhere from 100k upwards to a million+ but they belong to a very small and selective group even though this from where you are sitting looks light-years away it is totally possible!

A lot of guys that made it were just regular guys who stuck with the plan, dedicated a small part of their live and are now reaping the rewards, you can too!!

Just be smart, use your brain, don't be too impulsive and don't give up when the world laughs at you. If you fail 1 time or 10 times, persevere!! Don't give up otherwise you are just another statistic with a fail story!

NEVER put yourself in the position that your life depends on it at the start. If you can't afford to make a good start just DON'T do it!

Save up but don't get yourself in trouble and lose everything! I've been homeless myself a couple times in my life and I can tell you that not a lot of people can deal with that way of life, be smart!

Always keep this picture in the back of your mind because it's the secret to success!

A couple of handy links to help with your quest!

Making Money Online: It All Starts With YOU. (Not Methods. Not Google. YOU.)

I have been on this forum for a while now and there is one thing that never fails.. at least a couple times every day someone posts a thread asking how to make money. Some want to make $5 per day, some have higher goals at $10 per day (that was sarcasm for those wondering) and then some want to know how to make $5,000 within 30 days to pay for some important medical procedure..

I'm not knocking small goals like $5 or $10 per day. Everyone has to start somewhere but I wanted to start a thread that talks about what it takes to actually reach your goals.

It doesn't matter if you want to make $5 per day to fuel your video game obsession or if you want to make $10,000 per month to support your family.. it all starts with YOU.

So many threads ask for methods, for secrets, for the easy way out. Unless you have the activation key for the PayPal monkey generator you will find that there aren't any magic secrets to fill your bank account with money.

I want this post to become a place where every noob can get a serious dose of reality. This same info will work for a kid in high school that wants extra money for video games and going out with friends on the weekends or for a man in his 30's that wants to start earning money online and has a family to support.

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT EASY.

Seriously. You have to know from the start that making money online is hard in the beginning. You need a steady source of income to stay above water and to invest in your online ventures.

So, for anyone that has $0 in their bank and has bills coming up due I want to give you this real advise: GO GET A REAL JOB. Seriously, you will have so much trouble if you don't have a little nest egg to work with and have your bills covered. The majority of people fail because they jump in at the wrong time.

Making money online isn't something you try to make it in when times are bad. You are setting up yourself for failure. Trust me.. get a job with a steady paycheck and devote your time away from work to making money online.

So many people associate online money with easy money. That is so far from the truth. It's hard. Very f*****g hard!

If you are serious about making money online follow these guide lines. It's just my opinion and nothing is set in stone here.. but I feel like I have been around long enough and have had enough success online to be able to give my 2 cents at least. My goal is for some noobs to see this and see what it really takes.

So many "make money online" blogs make it seem easy. Why? Because they want the noobs to sign up for their hosting affiliate offers and WP theme affiliate offers.. and buy all of their MMO affiliate products. It's such a cock fest.. all these self proclaimed gurus telling noobs they can make millions online with just a hosting account (that pays them a nice commission)..

f**k those gurus (that are really broke muppits) and their false claims. This is the reality of making money online..

You Need Money to Make Money

The gurus will tell you that you can start making money virtually over night if you just get some traffic to your website and start ringing in affiliate sales. It's that easy, right? WRONG. Again.. they are just trying to sell you their product or get you to sign up for hosting through them. (Sadly even the most "elite" <more sarcasm> gurus come to BHW to spit their BS just to get hosting affiliate signups).

The CPA and affiliate marketing space is crowded. There are so many people trying to make money. 80% of them don't stand a chance. Who makes all the money? Those that have money to spend and invest. They are the ones that have the coin to invest in proper SEO and control the top of the PPC results. They are also spending crazy money on Facebook ads and every other traffic source that produces results. They have money to test the shit out of ads, banners, and traffic sources.

So many people will post a thread stating they have $50 to invest in PPC. Stop.. save your money. That $50 will buy you dinner for a few nights.

Understanding that you need money to make money is the first step.

You Can't Spread Yourself Too Thin

We see it all the time on the forum.. people are trying to build an authority site and monetize it with AdSense one minute then the next day they are asking about building a clickbank review website and then a few days later they want to build Instagram accounts. Enthusiasm is great and wanting to venture into many different areas is a nice goal.. but it isn't practical. And if you spread yourself too thin you are going to fail.

In the beginning you need to pick one thing to focus on and spend all your time learning everything you can about it.. whether it's building a blog and monetizing it with CPA offers and AdSense, or running CPA offers using paid traffic sources.

Find one thing that you are interested in and stick to it. Don't bounce around between several different things. You have to dedicate all of your time and focus on one project at a time, especially in the beginning.

Look at the best IMers in the game.. they are experts in one area usually. That is how they become so successful. They aren't all over the place trying to do it all. They master one thing and continue to evolve with it.

You Can't Expect Instant Results

This one kills me and it's amazing how many people expect to make money overnight or even in their first month. I blame a lot of the guru crap that is online. They want their sheep followers to think that they can make $100K a year and drive an exotic car if they just buy their $47 eBook.

If you spend some time to get to know some of the experienced members on BHW you will know that they failed more times than they succeeded. Some didn't start to make money for several months.. but they knew if they kept learning and kept moving forward they would eventually find success.

This also goes back to the first point I made about needing money to make money. In the beginning your regular job is in place to pay your bills and support your family while you learn IM. If you don't have that safety net the stress will cause you to panic and make bad choices. When you have that job and you know your bills are covered you can learn and suck in info at your own pace. Of course everyone wants to make money online ASAP but that's not how it works. You need to learn, read and figure it out at your own pace. With your bills covered you don't NEED instant results.. allowing you to figure it out at a pace that is comfortable and will allow you to actually figure it out.

You Can't Give Up Easy

I bet if you took 5 minutes you could find a thread within the last week where someone is complaining that a particular method doesn't work. How many times have you heard...

"PPC sucks.. it doesn't work!"
"SEO is dead.. it doesn't work!"
"Affiliate marketing is dead.. it doesn't work!"
"Email marketing is dead.. it doesn't work!"

You get the picture..

Why do these people say that something doesn't work? Because they don't give it enough time. They expect instant results and quit before they figure it out. If IM was easy wouldn't everyone be working from home or working from some exotic location while models fan them down and feed them grapes?

You should be thankful it isn't easy. Who would pour you a beer at your local pub or come mow your lawn and take care of your yard? Working online and making a living online is very hard. Did I mention this yet?
:D

Just like a professional athlete trains nonstop.. someone with goals of making money online needs to read, study, test.. nonstop. If you want it bad enough you have to put your head down and DO THE WORK.

Go into this knowing that you aren't going to quit. You will eventually figure it out if you just promise yourself that you will NEVER give up.

You Can't Put All of Your Eggs in One Basket

Once you do pick something to pursue you need to make sure you diversify as much as possible because IM is always changing and shit happens.

Let's pretend you decide to start a blog about personal finance and you have selected the following ways to monetize your website:

  • AdSense - ad blocks throughout the site
  • ClickBank offers - offers mixed in your blog posts and will send offers to your email list
  • CPA offers - offers mixed in your blog posts and will send offers to your email list

So, you want to push as much traffic to your blog as possible with the goal of them clicking on ads, clicking on your affiliate links in the content or joining your email list through some kind of offer.

You need to find as many traffic sources as possible.. that way you aren't screwed when one dries up or just disappears..

So, a few traffic sources you would want to look into:

  • SEO
  • PPC
  • Facebook Ads
  • Guest Blogging
  • Media Buys

This way if a Google update kills your traffic overnight you can just increase your other traffic sources... just turn the dial and adjust. If you put all your eggs in one basket and spent all of your time and money on SEO you would be at $0 the minute that update killed your SEO.

You Need to be Minimalistic Starting Out (and maybe give up some luxuries)

Don't be like CEOSam and all the other fake IMers that are worried about materialistic crap. The people that get their first taste of money and go out and buy a watch or some other stupid material possession are doomed for failure. You have to stay grounded and remain focused.

This industry can do a 180 instantly and if you lose your focus you will fall on your arse fast. I'll use myself as an example.. I could have any crazy car I wanted. Not bragging.. just making a point. Instead of spending a ton of money I bought something that I had wanted since I was very young.. an a4.. it's a nice car but it's no Maserati or Veyron.. but that doesn't matter to me.

Don't set out to impress anyone. It isn't going to make you any more money. Know what you SHOULD spend your money on? A great computer, laptop, smartphone and online tools and software.. things that will help you improve your online marketing.

You need to also look at what you spend money on and look for ways to cut spending.. this allows you to use that money to help your IM career. If you eat out a few times every week (I was seriously guilty of this) cut back and cook your meals at home. More ads.. a new blog design.. more links.. etc.

You Need to Save Money

This goes back to the previous point. When you start to make money and you see it roll in DO NOT spend it. Put some away for a rainy day. If your goal is to be self employed then you need to think about the big picture.

There are no health benefits.. retirement funds.. etc. You are 100% responsible for your future. When you do start making money I suggest you hire a proper accountant and work with a financial adviser and planner.

When you are 75 years old you will be glad you put some money away instead of buying that sports car or spending your money chasing girls.

I'm not saying you shouldn't have fun.. you should have plenty of fun.. just don't live beyond your means.. and focus on saving money.

I bet if we started a thread on BHW asking people to post about experiences they had making a shit load of money and then having nothing there would be plenty of people coming forward to tell their story.

When you first taste the money it is like a drug.. have fun, but just be smart about it. Tuck some dough away and pretend you don't even have it. Invest it properly.

You Need to Treat IM Like a Real Business

This is where a lot of mistakes are made. People think they can work when they want and be successful. IM is a real business.

What would happen if you just showed up to a regular job when you wanted? You would be fired.

What would happen if you just left after a couple hours of working? You would get fired.

Yes, part of IM is the ability to work from anywhere in the world and not work as many hours. It is up to you to determine how much you work and when you work. Some deals will require more work. Heck, I know people with successful online businesses that might work 2 hours a day.. but they worked plenty of 20 hour days when they first started!

Just don't cut yourself short.. and be professional. Respond to emails quickly. Address any issues right away. Just like a real business.. because IM is a real business!

That's the end of my rant.. I hope I don't scare any of you newbies.. I seriously hope this helps some people figure this out properly. Any questions, feedback or points to contribute/add fire away. As always I hope you enjoyed the read. Until next time.. Ciao for now!

NOTE TO MODS: This is a genuine money making method, so please read the post in its entirety before flinging it to the lounge.

I can't go one f*****g day on this forum without inevitably stumbling upon any of the following iterations of the same question 'should i buy jr.vip' 'is jr vip worth?' 'jr.vip 100$ too much?' and so on and so forth.
And at first, I was like 'yo, people have an intrinsic right to ask questions, right? Who the f**k am I to judge them for it?!'
After months of silent stoicism, i just can't keep my mouth shut anymore because to me, if you just use one IOTA of common sense, this popular inquiry would answer itself in 0,1 f*****g millisecond.

I'm probably overestimating the amount, let me correct myself, LESS than 0,1 f*****g millisecond.
To convince even the most hardened of disbelievers, I'm gonna make this task as hard on me as I possibly can.

Why?
Because, even if outside appearances are totally skewed in the 'i really don't need or want jr.vip' direction, it is STILL the RIGHT choice for ANY forum member over 100 posts.

ANY FORUM MEMBER – get that between your f*****g ears.

To do this, let's set up some precedents:

1) You don't give a shit about the value, staff, volunteers of BHW

A completely fair point, many would audibly scold you for it, but I get your viewpoint.
You're a hoarder and not a giver. You don't see a reason to give back, f**k the staff and f**k BHW, right?
As I said, I get your side and while I do disagree with the gist of your thoughts, I accept it as a valid reason of why NOT to opt for a Jr.VIP subscription.

2) 100$(125$ for Europeans liek me
:(
) is a lot of money

I disagree but f**k my opinion, some people simply can't afford to lose out on a 100 bucks. I understand that notion completely and I accept it as another tipping point for side NO.

3) Jr.VIP's themselves often complain about the lack of subsistence in the secret VIP forum

While I can't speak too openly about it (against the rules) I do agree that up until this date, any attempts at rejuvenating that forum have been unsuccessful and it mostly remains a barren wasteland.
@Sherb did provide some traction with his 'hunger games' (can't go into detail, sorry) but it was just a temporary blip.

Another point for you.

4) I don't use BHW all that much, no reason to have it

Another solid point, why be a part of something, if you can't make full use of it? Seems redundant.

5) I don't even have a f*****g website, much less a project, I don't even know why the f**k I'm here

Fair enough, man, fair enough.

I can't think of anymore. If anyone has any other arguments, please post them down below and I'll address them separately.

On to my constructive:

1) You don't need to give a shit about any of them

The reason why I want you to become a Jr.VIP is not to show loyalty, respect or any of that other bullshit but simply because it is a very PROFITABLE business investment.

Profitable how?

a) Signatures

@t0mmy recently asked for sigs from jr.vips that have 1+ year on the forum and 1k+ posts.
How much was he paying? 200$ a month for your entire banner.
200 f*****g dollars for just a month, that's a 2400% ROI for doing NOTHING (shitposting included) if you're a senior member.
But let's get real, you're not a senior member, you're just a guy that sometimes reads the forums, posts once in a blue moon and isn't that known by other members.
Fair enough, but here's the thing: Even the lowest of the low, reputation wise, get paid 10$ a line and 25-30$ for a banner.

As I said, even if you're braindamaged, you'll at least get 25$ a month from your sig, GUARANTEED.
That's an easy 300% ROI just for being a Jr.VIP.

And just you wait, it gets a lot better.

b) Review Copies

Ever wondered how a new BST gets 3000 reviews out of the blue? It's like wow dude, you post your BST and hand out 20 review copies in 20 minutes, what's your f*****g TAT?
I wanna get in on that!
THAT IS where the secret forums shine the most, THE FREE STUFF!!!

Many sellers won't look kindly on me desecrating their service and all that goes into it (time, money, blood, sweat and tears..) by mockingly picturing it as a charity.
I'm a seller myself so I empathize with the pain that goes with handing out tens of review copies and getting nada in return.

Please abide by the rules and do give an honest review of the service that was kind enough to offer you their product for free – It helps both future customers and the seller himself, since he now can accurately pinpoint where he needs to work on to make his product even better.

Better product=better marketplace=better BHW =better service=happy you.

Conversely, sellers do have to understand that shops offer free samples for a reason, customers are more likely to open their wallets once they had a taste
:)
so it isn't all doom and gloom.

c) Respect

Might be a bit controversial but I don't give a shit. Chris Anderson Jones is situated in reality and he call a spade a f*****g spade, right?

I caught myself doing that inadvertently so there's definitely something to it:
Jr.VIP's and other prominent members get better service, more respect and more bang for their buck in comparison to non-prominent members!!!

Why?

Your words now have a LOT more weight to them. If a newbie comes around and calls my service the best/worst of all times, nobody really give a shit, right? I mean it's a negative review, but common dude, you're a newbie, what do YOU know about ANYTHING?!

But if a motherfucking vetted member of the forum, a jr.VIP with his big daddy blue badge of judgment, strikes you with a positive/negative review, it can turn your entire BST to shambles or it can make it flourish like you've never seen it grow before!

That's why you'll see sellers licking the asshole out of many Jr.VIP's. I personally didn't engage in that, but as mentioned, I found myself a WHOLE LOT MORE INVESTED into making Jr.VIP's happy and keeping them that way.
Here's the funny thing, there are many lurkers looming around and most of these lurkers are just a step away from registering and ordering.

What these lurkers DON'T KNOW is that the difference between a Jr.VIP and a newbie is negligible – Just a hundred f*****g bucks, but TO THEM, Jr.VIP's are f*****g Gods.

KEEP THAT IN MIND!!!

2) The money might be hard to come by, BUT...

Listen man, if someone came up to you and told you to put in 'money amount' and in a year you would at least get '3x money amount', you would tell him to f**k off, right? No such thing or method exists.
How do the rich get rich? Yeah, it's a rigged game and yadda, yadda, yadda BUT you can start acting like a rich person, albeit on a smaller scale, today.

It will not make you affluent, but it will at least not make you poorer.
Hell, getting a Jr.VIP subscription might be the first of many great investments you'll make in your f*****g career.
It might be the one thing that will jump-start shit for you, have some gumption, if you can't believe, use logical deduction- I'm helping you as much as I can!
To cut it short (I'm already over 1k sigh), rob a hooker, get a payday loan or steal from your friend, just get the f*****g money and start earning*

*Don't break the law, I'm only emphasizing the IMPORTANCE of acquiring the aforementioned currency amount

3) The Jr.VIP forums might suck BUT

There's a ton of value in there. The forums are almost a decade old and if you really dig in, there's always a thing or two to learn.

As a standalone product, NO, the Jr.VIP forums on their own ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Look at them as an addendum, a sort of free ebook you get when signing up.

4) You don't need to use BHW to make a profit from it

I mean let's be completely honest with one another, you lurk and spend far more time than you would like to, am I right?
At least make some f*****g money while doing it, get what I mean? Most signature renters are going to be happy with you posting two-three times a day and that doesn't take more than five minutes a day, does it?

You got five minutes?

5) I suspect you don't see any value BUT

Alright, you got an account, you're here because you don't know what the f**k to do with yourself so you're just kinda loitering around, not really accomplishing anything in your life.
You've basically devolved into being a waste of human air, did I catch that right?
I was there my man, so no judgment from my side, and I do know how hard it can be to even budge an inch from that spot...

I can only tell you one thing man, things aren't going to change, this world is only going to get more shitty the more you stay dormant- believe me, I've witnessed it with my own eyes and ears.
Take this as an opportunity to gamble some money, make it a game- A 100$ for a chance to win a whole lot more.

Or don't. Stay where you are, let spiders weave their webs around you, let them suffocate you, consuming your essence while at it.

Can you really not buy Jr.VIP after such a post?
:p

btw, I do not get anything out of this, not affiliated with BHW, its owner or any of the staff working/volunteering here.

Do feel free to send me an affiliate cheque though @Diamond Damien
;)

I wrote this in the hope that it may help new members of the forum or anyone who wants some straight answers about what they need to do to make money online. Well, here it is. I hope it's of help to some members.

First of all, let me answer a question that you may ask as you're reading through this, which would be along the lines of, "Why are you posting this in a forum that you don't own instead of publishing it on your own blog"?

It's a fair question but the reasons are numerous.

  1. This information can reach more people being published on BHW than it could on a stand-alone blog
  2. The people on BHW are looking for this kind of information and help
  3. Life is about give and take. Like I have done a number of times at BHW, I like to put something back in to the community. I was lucky in that I was able to learn a huge amount of information from this forum from which I then went on to making a full time living online.
So how to you take all of the information that's freely available at BHW and use it to make your living?

Well, first you need to spend something and that thing is "time". It doesn't matter how much or how little you have of it but you're going to need to spend it. As you're spending your time at BHW you're actually making an investment and it's an investment that will never lost value because you're investing in yourself.

What you learn here is going to either create a basic foundation that you can build on or it's going to make something just click in your head and an idea will side-swipe you from nowhere. That idea could just be the ticket that takes you on a fast track trip to earning money online.

So where do you start?

Well, the first place to begin would be the http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f24-introductions/. USE THAT SECTION. Don't be shy and just say whatever feels comfortable to you. Other members will say "hi" and when they do you need to reply. You're looking to make friends here and not just with experienced members but total newbies too.

I was full time online in 2005 and was reading posts in this forum at that point but I didn't actually become a member until 2008. I didn't spend every day at BHW but I did browse it often. I was a lurker and I was learning.

Side note: Just because a member is considered a newbie at BHW it doesn't mean they're a newbie online. I've been full time online since 2005 but if I go over to a different forum and join up I'll be considered a newbie. Bear that in mind.

The next thing you can do is spend some time reading through the different sections of the forum. Go to the http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f25-blackhat-lounge/ and read some of the conversations that are going on. It doesn't matter what the topic is, read what people are saying and the replies etc. This is a great way to learn BHW etiquette. Get a feel of the place and what's accepted and what's not.

Trust me, if you behave like an idiot here you'll be kicked out pretty quickly.

If you can add something relevant to any conversation in the forum then go ahead and do it. Jump in, get your feet wet and be part of the conversation. If you can help a member with an issue they're having then help them. They'll thank you for it and you'll probably be helping other members who are also having the same issue but didn't post about it.

You'll notice the "thanks" button being pressed on your post and it's a good feeling know that you've helped others for, seemingly, nothing in return. But what you're actually getting is a reputation for helping others and reputation at BHW means everything because it equates to trust.

So you probably want to get down to the nitty gritty of putting stuff together and making some money from it. This is where it comes down to you as a person, you're either gonna be able to do this or you're not and it's as simple as that.

What I mean by this is that if you're going to make a full time income online then you're really going to have to put some thought in to things. You probably won't ever be able to take a ready-made, step by step, system created by someone else and make a full time income from it right out of the box.

The methods that people offer do work as stated but the secret to making money from them is by using them with other methods and/or putting your very own spin on things. This is why I said you'll need to put some thinking it to this if you want to make a decent income online.
As an example I took autoblogging, twisted it with Twitter and linked it with the eBay affiliate program. It was pretty easy to do and was just a matter of connecting things that already existed to make a new method. I made some really easy money each month with that system.

At the time there were lots of people claiming that Autoblogging was dead and that Twitter traffic didn't convert. Well, I proved them all wrong. And then I took that method and gave it away for free on BHW.

I wanted to do that as a way of giving back to the forum but at the time I had no idea how popular the thread would be and it certainly boosted my reputation at BHW.

I don't know your current status at the forum or your marketing experience, your drive, goals or current issues that you feel are holding you back so it's difficult to say exactly what you should do next that would be right for you.

What I would suggest is taking a couple of money making methods that are already proven to work and study them. Work out why they work and where they're weakness is. What could be done/changed/added to improve it?

Often times you can take an existing method, change it slightly and then add to it by using services offered by others in the http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f73-marketplace/ The market place on here offers you just about every service you need for making money. It's just a case of balancing how much you spend and how much you make.

The chances are that you'll need to spend before you earn but that's just the way it is but it's worth it in the long run.

You can look at the BHW Market Place as a grocery store selling all the ingredients that you need to make a cake but you need to decide what cake you're going to make and the right set of ingredients to make it.

I recently made a new discovery about using eBay and the more I use it I'm find new ways of making it work better simply by making use of some services that are being provided in the Market Place section. It just takes a little thought.
The tools, systems and methods that you need to make a full time income online are right there waiting for you right now but the only way of making it all work is by putting it altogether with a little bit of thought. Lose any desperation that you may have as it will hold you back, slow you down and cause you to make mistakes.

What ever you do, don't give up trying. Mistakes are not mistakes, they're just another part of learning.
