I believe the whole world would be better off with more women than men, if there were some way to reprogram female wombs to give birth to females more often we would be golden. Then there would be 0 incels in society.

As for testosterone and looks I think looks are mainly genetic, I know of transwomen who took early HRT but still developed ogre features later on. Most things are genetic so there will be some people who look ok with testosterone (like classic 60s and 50s male models) and others that turn into ogres
