living in Scandinavia in the winter is hard so I’ll have to supplement vitamin d in the winter. (I eat food, I’m not anorexic)
For yo case ok but 99% of the time supplements are bs scam..doesn’t even come with digestive enzymes needed
 
The body makes most of the enzymes you need and paired up with a good diet you don’t need to care about how your supplements digest. Extra digestive enzymes are usually unnecessary.

Boron is cool too you will need like 3mg to 5mg

And btw Collagen tastes fucking awful
I was taking like 10g a day with 250ml water and I cant explain how bad it tastes but you will get used to It

Too much vitamin C. What is it needed for? I'm guessing you're splitting the stack, hopefully.

But, most of that will just get flushed out. The rest are pretty good

Vitamin c helps with iron absorption and boosts immune defense
