should be water, but I still see people on here seriously taking supplements as if it'll do shit.
SO WHAT MAKES THEM SO USELESS?
1.dossage
Many people aren't taking enough of the supplement for it to even be effective, but this is actually where we run into a dilemma..
2.the liver

They stress the fuck out of your liver, the higher the dose the worse it is. If you're a looksmaxxer this is obviously gonna be a big issue because alot of actually effective looksmaxxes already cause harm to the liver.

To add to this issue, if you're diet is bad and you're in poor health the bioavailabillity of the supplement is weakened.

Alot of supplements don't even go through sufficient testing to prove whether they work or not.
A great example of this would be collagen supplements which have been proven time and time again to be inneficent yet susan still buys into it.
