- collagen - skin, hair, joints
- vitamin D3 - my lower back pain, hair, my dermatitis, hair, good for mood = lower cortisol
- magnesium glycinate - sleep, boosts other nutrient absorption
- potassium - debloating, I def dont get enough of it
Maybe fiber I have trouble shitting and I def dont get enough of it esp when im cutting weight for competitions

Is it W? Any recommendations?
