I'm seeing a lot of posts about hardmaxxing etc, with surgery generally being considered as one of the only legitimate ways to make improvements to a persons face.
I wanted to create a list of surgeries that WILL NOT completely overhaul your appearance through massively invasive procedures (that can cost you well into the 6 figure range I might add), but will instead make small (yet still meaningful and immediately noticeable) improvements that will simply make you look like a better version of yourself.
Based on your understanding and research of cosmetic procedures, which would you say meet this criteria, and which would you say to avoid and why? (They could be copes, produce generally underwhelming / insignificant results, or be way too invasive / expensive).
Note: I understand the appeal of the more extensive surgeries, for those who do not wish to look like an improved version, but for those who do, this is for you.
