since I want to enjoy my life, and stop the roping desire, I'm going to get all the following surgeries.
first of all I want to fix my tmd, the pain is crazy and it's making me really stressed.
then, I'll start with the cosmetic procedures.
firstly I'll fix my side profile, so bsso for my recessed jaw+ genioplasty for my recessed chin.
I might even get filler to fix my upper lip.
then, since my front looks bloated, I'll get buccal fat removal and gonion implants.
my ipd makes me mad but idrk how to fix that.
how much will this cost?
and is it possible to do in a year without any major issue?
(the tmd is my priority)

Get zygo implants. Your ESR is .49
TMJ?
Buccal fat removal? Dude, you're 15 and have hollow cheeks. I reckon you won't need that
60-100k in america.
I don't think it's possible to do it in one year with a good plastic surgeon. Maybe 2-2.5 plus recovery.

I suggest taking peptides at 15 (with good and proper maintenance and care) Good plan tho :hahaa:

2+ years is crazy, anyways, I'm probably not going to follow the plan, since age is gonna give me more bonemass, what peptides do you suggest tho? I don't want to have any side effects or hormone disruption.

2-3IU of HGH 5 days on and 2 days off.
IGF-1 DES 100mcg. Inject near the mandible and intramuscular. 2-3 days a week.
You'll see growth in 6-12 months. You'll see better forward growth too, if you have the genetics. Also, your bones mass and density are going to increase (y)

can they make my tmj issues worse?
btw, I'm getting braces and my dentist is probably going to give me rubber bands for my jaw, is that going to ruin my maxilla? I've heard many different opinions

I don't think so. I never looked into it to be honest.

I don't see how rubber bands can ruin your maxilla
