I'm currently undergoing my plan for orbital fat grafting, as well as a rhinoplasty. Most of the major work I want done I plan on DIY'ing it; ramus/chin/zygo filler.

i think anything near orbital is very risky cas it can cause blindness if botched

Fat grafting has super slim botch rate JFL Its not implants, one of the safer procedures out there.
