if you are already softmaxxed and still mtb, then lips wont ascend you.
Nah I've already softmaxxed up like a tier but I can still go up another with softmaxxes. Any surgery that fixes a flaw will ascend you even If it's just by 0.25
0.25 isnt the difference between mtb and htb. MAYBE if you were to somehow achieve wider lips/mouth then it can ascend you, but even that is like 0.5 at best, and needs something alot more invasive.
Softmaxxing along with it is enough to ascend to htb tho
Also I've already made my lips wider
legit impossible above 1 cm without hardmaxxing
no softmaxxing for your base
I never said it was more than 1cm cause it wasn't but I have made them wider + corner lip flip would give illusion of more width
My base is good bonewise
Oh yes I have to be physically perfect to have a good base. It's generally agreed on here I could reach htb
That is without surgery may I add. Most people can reach htn/htb with surgery anyway
