I can't wait to get my lip flip and corner lip flip and ascend to htb I'll fog all the mtbs on the street only to cry myself to sleep after remembering I'm surgerymaxxed and they're not

Lips wont be the thing that will ascend anyone from mtb to htb, you probably have a deeper underlying issue that your too uneducated or ignorant to realize

if you are already softmaxxed and still mtb, then lips wont ascend you.

Nah I've already softmaxxed up like a tier but I can still go up another with softmaxxes. Any surgery that fixes a flaw will ascend you even If it's just by 0.25

0.25 isnt the difference between mtb and htb. MAYBE if you were to somehow achieve wider lips/mouth then it can ascend you, but even that is like 0.5 at best, and needs something alot more invasive.

I never said it was more than 1cm cause it wasn't but I have made them wider + corner lip flip would give illusion of more width

That is without surgery may I add. Most people can reach htn/htb with surgery anyway
