I’m thinking of using IGF-1 LR3 nasal spray, hoping to boost height and frame. I am almost 15.

My questions are

-Do I need to do post cycle therapy after a 4-6 week cycle of this? And if so, how should I go about it?

-Should I accompany this with DIM as an aromatase inhibitor? If so do I take it during the cycle, post cycle, or all the time?
