me personally after a long while of doing it, it has made my nose only slightly less puffy. especially with oily skin the tape tends to absorb excess oils which can help with debloating it by the smallest bit. it does create an illusion of a smaller nose but returns back to its original state after a bit plus if overdone it can actually worsen ur nose overtime
