kind of a part of looksmaxxing. women find tattoos (especially on sleeves) really appealing, so getting some kind of a tattoo would be a good appealmax

not necessarily apart of looksmaxxing but it plays into whatever appeal that you have

Tattoos can help with appeal if done right, tho some people wouldnt look good with them. It depends on your aesthetic, for example I wear a lot of nice clothing and go for a pretty boy classy type look so I probably would look worse with tattoos. However someone who might have something more of a starboy look could look good with them.
