1. Sugar or basically lots of carbohydrates cause insulin spikes if you eat to much of it you'll have less circulating gh. Especially not before bed that's when you have the highest output of gh

cutting is fine as long as you're eating healthy and not starving yourself, but in most cases it isn't necessary

Vegetables too
 
Yeah especially with all the nutrient blocking and oxalates
Literally no reason to eat them
Even if you boil/cook them to get rid of the anti nutrients they will just lose all of the water soluble vitamins

Yeah true some amount is benefical but if im not mistaken the body prefers you to eat either carbs or fats, ofc it can do both but it just prefers one of them. Either high carb or high fat

I was giving an example, i wasn't reffering to carbs as a whole, they arrnt bad as long as you get it from good sources
