Probably a graft cuz it last longer I dint wanna get fillers every 6 months
yeah good idea, it’s possible for your body to reject the fat or or for it to undergo necrosis usually the surgeon will over fill the area to begin with to account for this, make sure u keep good blood flow there too
it honestly fucks u its brutal but theyre easily fixable through surgery or pdo threads if you cant afford surgery, but if ur not into looksmaxxing it can ruin you
