I struggle to sleep and it makes my face puffy any tips because my meletonin isn’t working and I have to much unused energy at the end of the day and I’m on holiday and my dad snores like a fucking tank

avoid eating an hour or two before bed, no screens or have blue light filters / glasses if you absolutely must (low brightness), make sure ur body is cooled down, put on something in the background if ur brain has too much inner noise / uncomfortable in silence, close ur eyes and chill
