I’m so done gymmaxxing being in the way of being able to fully focus om my looksmaxxing, needing to bulk to gain muscle as it makes me bloated on random moments and doesn’t allow me to stay lean so my peak facial bone structure shows. Hopping on has so many benefits anyone know how to get started without fucking up my natural levels and have any complications, even if it’s diy or with consulting a doctor which might not be optional seeing my natural levels are already above average/high. I wanna get lean but not lose muscle and strenght in the process.

500mg/week, specifically which test ester you want is up to you (do the research) potentially use HGC on cycle if your worried about your balls.

First cycle should be 8-16 weeks, up to you don't forget the wait period afterwards, about 2 weeks before your PCT (after cycle) check your Hematocrit, HDL & LDL alongside your E2 and lipids

Didn’t you have 2 kinds one you have to pin less frequently and whats a PCT how does it work? And how to check hematocrit,… ? Any advice on how to acquire the test… .

1: yes the esters. There's both short and long acting. Long is the most "common"

2: PCT blocks estro signaling in the brain, brain releases LH+FSH again, and testes restart testosterone production.

3: As for HCT (Hematocrit) it's basically the percentage of blood made up of/by red blood cells, test increases red blood cell production and makes blood thicker. High HCT will increase bp (blood pressure), brings in risks like clots, strokes, and heart risks.

as for the test, just do CBC (complete blood count) as HCT is always included.

5mg dutasteride 500mg test 22weeks enclo and if you want some hcg too for pct, have arimidex on hand and maybe if you wanna be giga sure nothing is happeningwith your heslth some aspirin and telmisartan
