I’m so done gymmaxxing being in the way of being able to fully focus om my looksmaxxing, needing to bulk to gain muscle as it makes me bloated on random moments and doesn’t allow me to stay lean so my peak facial bone structure shows. Hopping on has so many benefits anyone know how to get started without fucking up my natural levels and have any complications, even if it’s diy or with consulting a doctor which might not be optional seeing my natural levels are already above average/high. I wanna get lean but not lose muscle and strenght in the process.
