Yes you heard it right, this is not a pseudoscientific read, there is actual evidence to this.

REASON
If people had well functioning NFKB pathway, they would have maybe mild symptoms and would be assymptomatic carriers, the people who died due to covid had disrupting NFKB pathway.

NFKB PATHWAY
The NFKB pathway regulates multiple aspects of innate and adaptive immune functions and serves as a pivotal mediator of inflammatory responses. It induces many proinflammatory genes, constant activation or disruptions caused in this genes are the reason for developing autoimmune diseases. constant downregulation of this genes also causes severe problems, so its important to balance them out so that you can have a healthy functioning NFKB pathway.

If u want more info about this here are the references:

HOW DOES IT RELATE TO COVID?
Well, the NFKB pathway is very important in fighting off diseases and viruses, and this was the main mechanism which lead to the development of covid vaccines. The vaccine introduces the Spike protein blueprint, which the immune cells recognize as a threat. The NFKB pathway quickly signals help signals which leads to the production of cytokinins, T-cells and B-cells rushing to fight against those small spike proteins present in the vaccines. Now, this vaccines indirectly strengthen ur NFKB pathways.

SO WHAT IF I HAD A GOOD FUNCTIONING NFKB PATHWAY?

You would never experience covid then, u might have mild symptoms and be assymptomatic carriers, the people who were diagnosed with covid were often shown with dysregulated NFKB pathway.

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41440-023-01460-2
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1567576921008912
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7525247/

all these studies argue how NFKB pathway signalling is very important for fighting off covid and that all patients diagnosed with covid always had disrupting NFKB pathway.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN A GOOD BALANCE IN MY NFKB PATHWAY

Its your diet, processed foods, lots of carbs, seed oils fuck up ur NFKB pathway, grassfed meat is one of the best, it has real antioxidants like vitamin E which ur body needs unlike plant antioxidants which are hormesis, sure that could be beneficial for low doses, but those antioxidants actually force ur body to use ur real antioxidants that is vitamin E and cholesterol, Meat also has Hyper conjugated linoleic acid which is an anti carcinogen associated with benefits and of course it has a better omega3 to 6 ratio. Environmental toxins and mitochondrial dysfunctions are also the main cause. Deuterrium is naturally present in carbs and plantsin high amounts and we know deuterium is terrible for mitochondria. another reason to eat low carb, low plant diet. Also u can detox from deuterium via sun exposure

also the other disrupters are lectins, tannins, etc.

well all these studies show a complex relationships between these plant antinutrient and NFKB pathway, but they could disrupt the pathway depending on person to person and ofcourse their genes.

EVIDENCES SHOWING A GOOD NFKB PATHWAY LEADS TO MILD OR NO EFFECTS OF COVID VIRUS

Here are the studies:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7448817/; https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0021925823019889

CONCLUSION

Yeah the covid 19 epidemic was not solely because of the virus, its because of our poor NFKB pathway due to poor diet and lifestyle, we would have never had covid 19 pandemic if people were healthy.

read every molecule but I'm retarded in chemistry/biology. Never got covid though

After digesting the thesis you presented, while I agree that poor diet and unhealthy habits contribute to the propagation of the virus, to say that the pandemic wouldn’t exist if people were healthy is a huuuge hyperbole. The group of people who were more at risk of dying due to the virus were older people, who already had a reduced immune system regardless if they had healthy habits or not since, well, having progressively more old cells increases the risk of being sick. Strong proof, but to say the pandemic wouldn’t exist if people ate more meat seems a bit absurd.

older people, who already had a reduced immune system regardless if they had healthy habits
yeah? but their nfkb pathway will still be functional

aving progressively old cells increases the risk of being sick.
true but again, they wont have severe covid infections,

I feel like this is water to anyone with an iq above 50 it was very overexagerated anyone who got "long covid" had the diet of the average north korean. Diet is law tbh I never get ill anymore

The lock-downs happened due to ignorance of what Covid actually was, and the primary reason why Americans got so sick is because the US Government and health insurances won't do anything to actually attempt to improve American's diets or to give them resources to make those kinds of better choices.

I'm not sure if I agree that a diet would've been the sole or primary deciding factor in whether or not the pandemic happened, I feel like it's an oversimplification of what makes people "healthy", and because a lot of it's failures have to do with factors outside of the people.

If Americans were healthier, I'm sure a lot of things wouldn't or would've happened, but unfortunately we're a very unhealthy society.

yeah i agree, this was just an different perspective, btw, in the UN conference, USA and Israel are the only countries who said no when they were asked if food was a basic human right
