Is the mandibular foramen. Per Wikipedia, this "is an opening on the internal surface of the ramus of the mandible. It allows for divisions of the mandibular nerve and blood vessels to pass through.
If you have bad mandibular foramen, you will be ugly. And sadly, there is currently no surgery to fix this (I am in the process of developing one though, should be ready in the near future).
