From the day before the new year up till now I lost 10 pounds so far up till today!!
I just made sure my sleep schedule wasn’t fucked up and 90% of the things I ate were clean. Also, I do go to the gym and I recommend going 6 days a week like me.
And you can have a cheat meal, but not cheat day every week to keep yourself satisfied.
I would love to be 120 pounds soon but I gotta lose like 40 more pounds. I feel like a pig.
