I was watching a video in which 30 people from all walks of life were asked simply “what’s your type?” Here are my takeaways

Firstly, there were three things that were said most commonly, but not only were they the three most common features named, they were essentially the only features that were liked by what was essentially all the women

Those being what I refer to as the JEL trio
The jaw, the eyes, and the lips

These three features were brought up by every girl, “I like a good jawline, sharp eyes, full lips”

But almost every other feature they all named were all different

Some liked big noses while some liked small noses, some liked light features and some liked dark features, some liked facial hair, some liked a clean face

The takeaway here should be that while in my opinion the single most important thing in your looks is your harmony and symmetry, features-wise other than the JEL trio, it’s as varied as one’s fashion sense

JEL doesn’t matter if yo harmony is bad

But yeah in general this is true

Yeah most definitely, but I’m more talking about just features

I think of harmony like your face as puzzle pieces, and features like the picture on the pieces

You can have beautiful pieces but if they don’t fit right together it doesn’t mean much

lips are actually extremely important in attractiveness, people don’t really focus on them but they are

think about the two places people look most when talking to someone else

The eyes because eye contact is standard in irl communication

But also the lips, I mean it’s literally where the conversation is actually happening

Full and well shaped lips can be a secret weapon, look at peak Jordan and notice his lips, they’re plump and their shape contributes to his “cat-like” apparence

imagine if he had completely differently shaped lips, even if still full, his entire look would change

with opry, lip fullness didnt seem that important, he had the optimal lip size and increasing it decreased smv somewhat, decreasing it did also but it wasnt his biggest looksmin

But remember that the size and shape of features also changes the harmony of the face, that’s why Sean doesn’t benefit from bigger lips, that’s why certain face shapes are much better than others, they basically decide whether or not you can even pull off what features are most attractive
