Thicker More Prominent Eyebrows??

A weak part of my face are my thin, light brown eyebrows that make me look like Murr from Impractical Joker's terrible, prank driver's license (niche reference). Should I dye them a darker color? If so what should I use? Also, are there ways to get much thicker eyebrows??
