i wouldnt say its cope i would just say its stupid it doesnt grow bones it just builds up fibrotic tissue due to repetitive blunt force trauma and makes the bones look more projected it has very dangerous long term outcomes such as permanent nerve damage

You're actively fucking yourself over rn. 400 kcal is also crazy man, I'm an ex anorexic who almost died at bmi 14 and I was eating more than 400 kcal. Don't be a dumbass. Eat normally.
