There are lot of online arguments whether thumb pulling works or not so I’ll explain it how I could and how it worked for me:
Many say thumb pulling expands your maxilla but it’s cope facial exercises and postures stops working after the age of 8 and bout thumb pulling the cope is that it expands your maxilla but it doesn’t how it works is it basically releases cracks (i have felt it) gives better air way to nose breath and releases facia which after overtime starts to look good but people think their maxilla has expanded obv it hasn’t it has just been optimized properly and for better forward growth don’t completely lie on thumb pulling I would suggest use mouth tape daily even if you think you don’t mouth breath I think basically everyone does it with bad habits so use it. It has helped me more than thumb pulling so stop over exaggerating thumb pulling (sorry for this shitty guide it’s my first time and I have just typed what worked for me)
