How to not irritate my soft tissue with thumbpulling? My tissue kinda swells when i thumbpull and I'm worried that I'm causing damage to it. I had read that it will get irritated if you don't do it properly..

I would not do it, because I simply think it is better to do mewing and always breathe through the nose + have good posture + have good swallowing.
I made this thread sometime about nasal breathing and how it changes our CRANE.
