OMG I JUST ATE SEAWEED AND WAS THINKING ABT THAT!! Like ONE CUP is only 25 cals!!unironically i relied heavily on seaweed inbetween fasts because it was low cal, had the same grab and eat motion as chips, and was suprisingly filling
but I eat one that has the motion of eating spaghetti and is very filling too, talking abt spaghetti, u can just replace it w rice noodles which are lower in cals and less carb dense.OMG I JUST ATE SEAWEED AND WAS THINKING ABT THAT!! Like ONE CUP is only 25 cals!!

Stop eating at 3 pm and go to sleep hungry, when u wake up you’ll be hours into ur fast to the point where you’ll be in the fat burning stage. Once that happens just go to the gym and workout, after that you have like a couple hours to get ur protein goals in but it worked for me.
