Just workout and eat clean and well track your calories or estimate it or just eat one meal a day which its not the best

unironically i relied heavily on seaweed inbetween fasts because it was low cal, had the same grab and eat motion as chips, and was suprisingly filling

OMG I JUST ATE SEAWEED AND WAS THINKING ABT THAT!! Like ONE CUP is only 25 cals!!

but I eat one that has the motion of eating spaghetti and is very filling too, talking abt spaghetti, u can just replace it w rice noodles which are lower in cals and less carb dense.

fats 1g per 1kg of body weight to feel full, protein min 1.6 per 1 kg. helpful for keeping ur period stable and for better satiety. also improves skin and nails condition, just make sure to focus on healthy fats, don’t get all ur fats from chips and stuff like that. personally adore avocado, cheese, chia and pumpkin seeds, white sesame, 5% fat cottage cheese, salmon and eggs.

Stop eating at 3 pm and go to sleep hungry, when u wake up you’ll be hours into ur fast to the point where you’ll be in the fat burning stage. Once that happens just go to the gym and workout, after that you have like a couple hours to get ur protein goals in but it worked for me. This method only works in the summer for me cuz I have no school and im unemployed lol

only eat chicken and rice for your meals, if you crave snacks or smth sweet just drink water and id say run 2 miles atleast 3 times a week
 
sleep, read, whatever keeps your mind off food. also working out, both weights and cardio.
 
nicotine, walking constantly, tea. ive been using the wegovy pill too and i lost like 7 poungs at bmi 19
