Im a fat piece of shit and wish I could stop eating altogether but am having trouble, because im a fat peice of shit.

any good tips? Obviously I know normie stuff like gum or diet soda. More like how do I get to hate myself so much that I dont want to eat at all. Usually hating myself works the best when im trying to starve.

nah you just use food as a coping mechanism, work on your traumas and find other ways to cope instead of food…other than that coffeee is a good appetite suppressant.
when I was rlly good with dieting I would drink a black coffee every morning, rlly helped

also forgot to mention im open to tips on purging. I've thrown up my food like 3 times in the past but im not good at it lmfao
well don't do this just retarded and won't work. stay on a cal deficit, calculate it based on ur metrics, and eat foods that are low on sugar, check also that your macro % are good.

she wants to be 43.091 kilograms
thats severely underweight like 2 weight classes at current if she was 43 then 3 weight classes underweight

self control and consistency, you have to hit the gym regularly and hop on a good diet.
completely starving yourself is useless and you’ll probably end up gaining all the weight back when you’ll start to eat normally again.

Ehh, the few times I went to the gym I only did legs, I’m not the right one to ask this, but I can suggest you a food/ dishes list (pretty useless I’m afraid because you can find plenty of them on the internet)

this is js me but also finding nondairy alternatives is usually much healthy for me. like milk and cheese, ie yogurt, cream cheese, etc. not meat though cuz i like the protein

I mean, idk , it feels weird to just drop a list, but I would say eat all kind of meat and other protein sources (such as eggs, tofu, lentils) , vegetables (some of them are rich in carbs, so they can replace refined carbs), dairies and yummy fruits. I can as well tell you how to cook them to make them feel tastier , but all of this has to be eaten on a calorie deficit : you can use some apps that help you to track calories (I know an Ai powered one called “Bitepal”,but you could also use “ Loose it! “).
Drop them pounds bud!
