I have been working out for a year. Noticed most gains months 1-8 now I’ve hit a plateau. I bounce between 145-152 and I am 5’ 10”. I’ve put on about 15 pounds since I started. Im still trying to put on weight but having trouble eating so many calories now, any tips? Also what can I start working on to improve the physique besides my traps??

My favorite bulk meal is 1 pound of ground feel with rice, can use taco seasoning or Korean bbq sauce for the beef. Milkshakes bro drink a lot of milkshakes with protein powder. Don’t dirty bulk tho that shit got patched

Thank you and Actually great tip. I’ve heard of that before and I love milk so I’m going to try that out.

I’m a college student so my routine is always different week to week depending on work load but ideally my routine is: Push Pull Legs rest upper lower rest.

When I work out I do one set to warm up then two sets of 6-8 reps failing on the last rep

If you're plateauing you can try to take a week just to rest and then come back
