(All of these are without supplements)
Looksmaxxing.
You pretty much know what that term means, maximizing your looks to get more attraction or feel more confident, we all got a reason behind it.

There are a lot of copes about looksmaxxing here and there so I made a good methods that actually work for you:

1. Testmaxxing

Testosterone is the most important part at this age, at this age your testosterone is at the highest but still not at it's max potential and you can achieve this by taking these nutritient:

Zinc (The most important of them all): Zinc helps the leydig cells (these cells produce testosterone) function well and convert cholerstrol into testosterone.
Food that are rich in zinc:
  1. Oysters (Eat these and you got enough zinc for a day) 6 oysters are enough for you.
  2. Beef (If organic than it contains alot of zinc, you can see it by looking behind your beef product)
  3. Pumpkin seeds (Just take some in hand and eat those shit), for vegans.
Vitamin D:
Leydig Cells have Vitamin D receptors, and when vitamin D binds to these receptors it directly stimulates testosterone production
You can get vitamin D through:

Sunlight (10 AM - 2 PM is the best time to get your sunlight) but it also depends on your skin colour, here I show you how much IU you gain for 10 min in sunlight:
  1. Brown Skin (2,000-4,000) above average but not that good;
  2. Dark Skin (1,000 -2,000) average amount of sunlight a person should get, won't change drastically
  3. Light Skin (10,000-20,000) , this amount if very good
Conclusion; If you are light skin 30 minutes is way more than enough for you, if you are dark skin try 1 hour to atleast get 10,000 IU and if you are brown 1 hour is also good enough for you to reach a good amount of IU value.

Magnesium:
It increases free testosterone, this testosterone matters for bone density, functioning of your body etc. (Meat does not contain that much mg as vegetables do)
  1. Pumpkin Seeds ( These seeds are fucking amazing): 1 spoon contains atleast 150-168 mg and average mg intake should be around 300 for this age, you can go over the limit but than a lot of it would just go to waste.
  2. Spinach: 1 cup cooked contains around 157 mg
  3. Almond: 28 grams almond in the morning and in the evening would get you 300 mg... It won't hurt to eat almonds.
You can get magnesium mostly out of vegetables and dry fruits, as meat contains no or less magnesium.

These are the 3 most important things for testosterone everything else you get from your daily food, or your body can produce it.

Bone mass:
Calcium, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin K2 and Protein is enough;

Calcium, raw dairy gives you more than enough calcium: Raw milk gives you about 300-400mg calcium, and cheese can give more or less depending on the type of cheese you are eating.

Already told you about Vitamin D, sunlight is the best option unless you take supplements which are not really good for this age.
Already told you about magnesium you can achieve it from those dry fruits and vegetables, or take supplements ( I don't recommend it as you should get all your nutritient from foods and not supplements).

Vitamin K2 : Are the reasons that calcium gets to your bone if you don't have enough vitamin K2 calcium will be stuck in your arteleries:
Best food for this are:
Natto beans 100G which contain more than enough vitamin K2 for a single day (800-1100 mcg) per 100 gram is insane amount, but they look weird.
Hard cheese (Gouda, Edam): 50-100 mcg per 100 gram
Soft cheese (Brie) : 20-50 mcg per 100 gramd

Protein:
Meat... what else?

Focus on this and you have a good bone mass and angular face + don't forget good tongue posture.

Summer is here kids it's time to rise and shine
