What the fuck is the spinach study meant to prove? It's a study about people eating 100g of spinach by itself or eating it with milk/cheese. How did you come to the conclusion that spinach is bad for you based off of this study? If you're concerned about the oxalate content, then the study you linked says that eating it with something else (in this case cheese/milk/calcium-rich foods) will reduce the oxalate content.
The broccoli is a rat study and it says it helped. The 'Abstract' of a study is different than the 'Conclusion'. The study says that the broccoli sprouts do not have harmful effects on thyroid homeostasis, as the levels of TSH, fT3, and fT4 remained the same.

I don't have access to the full study but I still don't know how you came to the idea broccoli is bad for you.
