Thanks boyoThey're both similar. I recommend just rotating between both for movement / flexibility purposes, instead of focusing on one primarily.
If it's about leaning out solely then @Blackpillirony is correct that your primary focus should be a calorie deficit.
Caloric deficit first then a 5% incline treadmill or stairmaster both are equally good. Why not just alternating them to your taste during the week ?Which is better? + any specific routines?
