I moistruze before i use tret, i take a pea size amount and use it for 3 times per week (i used retinol before so i thought using it that much would be okay, very retarded i know)

i dont know if i should stop for some time and begin, do i wait 3 days then do it again?

and is there better way of using tret? i hear some people moistruize, apply tret then moistruze

do you go out in the sun a lot, it dries your skin up while ur using tret

nope not really and i apply good sunscreen too
Do you apply it in the day? I could be wrong, but it seems like that's what your implying. Also Ideally you'd want to put Tretinoin, wait 10 minutes, then apply moisturizer, to maximize the absorption and efficiency of tret.

just do a thin layer of moistriser and let it dry for a few mins and then you add a thin layer of tret ontop
