The hydroquinone compoud i use actually has tret mixed in
Just make sure you don’t start them both at the same time. First get your skin used to the tret then start using the hq. And don’t use the hq for more than 3-4 months.

Don't use hydroquinone. It'll r**e you so quick if you forget sunscreen.

Tret is very forgiving with sunlight. Some days I am out in the sun for 6 hours and I see no irritation whatsoever.

Yes there’s options that have less risks but nothing lightens better than hq
And the risks really arent that big as long as you’re careful
