listen im not trying to be negative, but youre most likely not going to get one. surgeons dont hand out complex procedures like candy just because you might have the money to pay for it, unless youre severely deformed. if surgeries were this easy to get most people on here would probably have it. i recommend you watch this video by @Inanimate Pragmatist
