because i have a overbite (my jawline still looks sharp with VERY good ccw but my bite is off ) i only need lower jaw surgery but im getting upper jaw surgery and genioplasty aswell because since im getting lower jaw surgery might aswell go all out

I doubt your surgeon would perform a lefort 1 if your maxilla isn’t actually deficient, same with genioplasty (unless they're just money hungry ofc)

it isn’t that crazy to get upper jaw surgery alongside lower jaw surgery it’s very commonly done among surgeons who do jaw surgery and lefort 1 has a lot of health benefits however i understand ur just trying to be helpful and look out for me so thank you fr !!
