I ate healthy for 2 weeks,
Skin got a little better.
I also tried NoFap, Bonesmash and Mewing.
I dyed my eyebrows black because they look better like that and I also got a haircut,
I started working my neck again too.
I'm high T maxing tbh, trying to get and look as high t as possible naturally.
Still trucel but atleast I look a little high t and clean.

About everything bro,
I barely like anything about myself.
But people have said I have kind of a long midface and philtrum.
Although I also have pretty bad bonestructure but not too bad.

You should grow out a moustache to shorten philtrum
Grow chin hair to give illusion of a protruding chin from profile
Dye your eyelashes too and curl them
Are you masseter maxxing too?
