idk but the turkish restaurants make it good idk how

Soak it in milk for 30 mins before cooking to soften the taste. Don’t overcook it, and add some cumin and oregano at the end. It’s also great with some sumac and red onions on the side (optional)
Ye milk is correct mane 🦃✅

Tbh I've only had cooked liver once cus I wanted to get used to raw liver but not gonna lie PURELY tastewise raw>cooked but texture wise raw liver might just make someone gag if they aren't really slow abt it but tastes pretty mild , cooked liver just has a way more intense taste but not in the good way cus cooking it makes it taste pretty metallic cus yk, chemical reactions n shit 😭

Pancook in butter, with a lemon/yogurt based marinade, lemon cuts through that bitter taste of liver, milk can also work but can give a weird aftertaste for some, make sure not to overcook, and make the lemon soak for 20 mins max, or it gets weird, try to have a spicy butter gravy to set it into, but too much butter makes it too fatty. and eat it with a carb like pita bread or rice to ground the liver taste

Why are you eating anything from an animal raw, those things sit around their shit and eat grass, cook your food, anything you might gain from raw does not outweigh the risks of disease, its the same thing as the raw milk epidemic, tuberculosis is one of the most common illnesses, due to raw milk

Tell me how to make it taste better
It’s a common dish in eastern europe lol
My mother makes it with oregano + Thyme, then cooks it with carmelised onions. Make sure not to handle it too much and don’t salt it or else it’ll go bitter, only put the salt on before you eat as the salt can make it bitter if it’s left on the meat

Never understood the fear mongering tbh, eat raw food every day you'll probably get sick in over a year 🤔 so what then? Do you die? No. You'll get a stomach ache then be fine in 2 days or something🥺

So like what exactly do you mean by "does not outweigh the risks of disease" because personally I don't think the potential diseases amount to much of anything ✌️😭

Type of person to say salmonella kills you

Raw pork can give you parasites

Very very very raw + would still resolve itself unless you're a small child 😕 like man, if you can handle a cold you can handle some parasites ✌️😭

Salmonella doesnt kill you, but getting it again and again puts you at higher risk of it salmonella has many strains, which reduces chance of immunity, notice how people started living longer when we started cooking food?

Salmonella is mostly chicken, raw beef is safe, I cook my meat but on occasion will eat raw meat

Wasn't from cooking food, if you're talking average lifespan it was because of better healthcare to reduce infant mortality and infection <--

How I feel talking about raw food like I actually eat raw food but in reality I just eat raw liver ✌️🥹

Not even infant mortality tbh, that was only fixed in the last 50 years, even in HICs, and better healthcare meant better research which pointed to cooking food, we’ve gone full circle, no real advantage to eating raw, cook your food, and especially raw liver, it filters blood and harbours more pathogens than other animal parts.

Tell me how to make it taste better
I personally can boil it or frying it and i can eat it, i don't mind the taste

But now since i'm taken and try to make Mrs.Tony eat liver for iron & overall health, i freeze the liver then reduce it into a sauce, than i'm adding to beef and/or deer stew, with the proper seasoning, vegetables and red wine
