it depends if you clavicles are wide or not. If you have wide clavicles or clavicles that are wider than normal you can obtain this exact physique with no work whatsoever, other than that you need to train shoulders ( primarly lateral head for growth to the side ) and grow your lats to get that Dorito look. the waist part is genetic, but lose as much body fat as you can to get a smaller waist
