if you live a virtuous lifestyle, one of moderation and prudence, all insecurity and negative mentality will be healed. Mentality is doomed to ruin when one lives a life revolving around superficial desires. One mustn't live life obsessing over minutia or things out of his control. It is better to accept the hand which has been dealt. One mustn't fold when he is already all in, he must play his hand to the best of his ability to salvage his wealth.
