UEE and eyebags caused by sugar consumption?

Im thinking of getting a caffeine serum but their expensive asf and did some research, is it worth not eating any sugar and can that help any thing?

i eat hella sugar a day and i got no uee
just do ice hooding for uee tbh
idk ab eye bags but mine are caused by lack of fat / recessed infras but i doubt its the sugar
