It’s always hard to get confidence when ur ugly in ur childhood/teen years since most of ur mental development on who you are as a person is done there

That’s why depending on the severe things u experienced u may always be insecure it’s what ppl here call abused dog syndrome

But u will likely still adjust to ur current stance
